Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Svellyo. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Team members you invite are bound by these terms too.

The service

Svellyo provides a chat widget, shared inbox, AI agent and knowledge base tools. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. AI-generated replies can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing how the AI represents your business and for the content of your knowledge base.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
• No attempts to circumvent plan limits, probe our systems or interfere with other customers.
• No use of the widget to collect data from visitors without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Dodo Payments. Chat limits apply per account across all workspaces you own; when a limit is reached the widget enters limited mode until the next period or an upgrade. You can cancel any time; refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to run the service, including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider to generate replies.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and will try to notify you first unless the violation is severe.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We will notify you by email or in the dashboard before material changes take effect.
