- A conversation counts once per calendar month when a visitor sends at least one message in it. Reopened chats count again only in a new month. Team-only notes and AI drafts never count.
- Is pricing per site or per seat?
- Neither. Limits apply to your account and are shared across every workspace you own. Add as many products as you like.
- What happens when I hit the limit?
