The Form block collects leads, enquiries, sign-ups or orders directly on your page.

Add it: in the builder click Add block, choose Form, and give it a name (this is how it appears in your inbox). Add fields from 11 types: text, email, phone, number, long text, select, multi-select, radio, checkbox, date and a consent checkbox. Mark any field as required.

When someone submits:

• The entry is saved in your Submissions inbox (a tab in the builder and a widget on your dashboard).

• You receive an email with the details. You can switch this off per form in the block's settings.

• The visitor sees your success message.

Export: open Submissions, pick the form, and click Export CSV to download everything.

Spam: submissions are rate-limited and validated on the server, so a flood from one source is blocked. Adding a consent checkbox or a required message field also cuts junk.
